Downgrade

Warning

If you have previously received a discount, penalties may apply based on the discount rate.

What "Downgrade" means:

  • Changing from a paid plan to a free plan

  • Downgrading to a lower plan

  • Changing from annual to monthly billing

Payment Process

  • The remaining duration of your existing subscription will be pro-rated and refunded as a deposit.

  • The subscription fee for the downgraded plan will be charged for the remaining duration. Any remaining balance after using the deposit will remain as a deposit.

    • Example: If you paid for the [Basic 100] plan on July 6 and downgraded to [Basic 50] on July 21.
