From scheduling 1:1s to demo calls, onboarding sessions, and feedback discussions, you can streamline your customer journey by allowing them to book meetings with you.
You can either easily share a link to your booking page or embed the booking page directly on your website.
Click on 'Create Booking Page' within the 'Booking Page' tab.
Set the booking page title, meeting length, meeting location, and attendees for the meeting. Note: You can always make changes later if needed.
Decide the attendee assign rule based on the purpose of your meeting.
Collective: When someone books a meeting on this booking page, all attendees will be included in the meeting.
Round Robin: When someone books a meeting on this booking page, it will rotate among the listed attendees one by one.
For Round Robin, you can also write separate descriptions for each attendee on the next page.
Configure basic settings for meeting location, such as the length of each meeting and buffer time, for your booking page while reviewing the preview on the right side. You can also add additional meeting locations if necessary. Note: During the buffer time you set, meeting participants won't be able to book a meeting with you.
If you're using the Round Robin assignment rule, you can provide individual descriptions for each listed attendee.
Choose calendars to specify where scheduled meetings will be added to, add conflict calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts, and set your working hours for booking meetings.
Define the date range for this booking page and specify the minimum gap between scheduling and the meeting time to prevent short-notice bookings. Note: Enabling 'Prevent short notice of meetings' can help you avoid missing last-minute bookings.
Build a form that includes any questions you'd like to ask when someone schedules a meeting with you. Note: By default, we collect their name and email to facilitate scheduling.
You can utilize a variety of question formats, such as short or long text, email, number, dropdown, radio options, and checkboxes. Choose the format that best fits your needs!
Configure notifications to be sent when a meeting is confirmed, rescheduled, canceled, or as reminders for upcoming meetings. You can choose between Slack and email for your notifications.
You have the flexibility to set multiple notifications for each meeting and customize the notification time. Note: Take a look at the preview on the right to see how the message will appear and make any necessary adjustments.
When you're ready to make your booking page live, click 'Save' in the top right corner, and then hit 'Share'.
If you simply want to copy the booking page link for sharing, use the 'Copy Link' option.
Note: The booking page link that you shared will open on a new tab.
