# Lead Routing

Assign your leads to the most suitable sales reps using our lead router!

### The inbound router can receive five types of input values:

* Number
* Tel/Email/Text
* Select (i.e. dropdown / radio)
* Multiple Select (i.e. check box)

Depending on each input value, allocation rules can be set through various formulas: [***Check Input Conditions per Type***](/docs/features/lead-router/meeting-assignment/operators.md).

1. You can custom set your routing rules by drag and dropping your <mark style="color:orange;">**input field nodes**</mark> located at the bottom of the screen.<br>

2. When you hover your mouse over the dragged node, a gear-shaped <mark style="color:orange;">**Settings Button**</mark> will appear. Please click to set the conditions for your routing rules.<br>

3. Through the <mark style="color:orange;">**Set Condition**</mark> popup window, you can set conditions using the formulas found in the [**inbound router formula**](/docs/features/lead-router/meeting-assignment/operators.md) information.\ <br>

   Example condition settings:\
   &#x20;\-  If the <mark style="color:red;">`company size`</mark> is <mark style="color:orange;">**greater than**</mark><mark style="color:red;">`30`</mark>\
   &#x20;\-  If the <mark style="color:red;">`email address`</mark> <mark style="color:orange;">**includes**</mark> <mark style="color:red;">`@samsung.com`</mark>\
   &#x20;\-  If the <mark style="color:red;">`product list`</mark> <mark style="color:orange;">**contains**</mark> either <mark style="color:red;">`Product_1`</mark> or <mark style="color:red;">`Product_2`</mark>

4. After setting your routing conditions, to create a group of assignees to match customers who meet those conditions, click the <mark style="color:orange;">**Add Assignee Group**</mark> button in the **assignee meetings** section on the right.<br>

5. Leads who are low priority can be <mark style="color:orange;">**Disqualified**</mark>, which can also be custom set by either **displaying a message** or **redirecting to a link**. <br>

6. After completing the meeting assignment rules for potential clients, click the <mark style="color:orange;">**Routing Test**</mark> button to ensure it works correctly.<br>
