Go to My Calendar
Click or drag time(s) you would like to suggest Important: The default is 30 minutes with a click. You can drag to increase the meeting time by 15 minute segments. If you'd like cancel the selected time slots, simply click X on the right .
Once you click or drag more than one meeting time, a Suggest a meeting time pop-up will open. Here you can set Meeting title, team members, meeting location and calendar to add your event.
Add the Meeting Title that you'd like to suggest to the invitee. Important: In the case that you don't set the Meeting title, the default title will be 'Meeting with (My Profile Name).'
Click Add team members.
Type your team members' name or email that you'd like to add.
Click your team member to add to the meeting.
Click Add team members.
Click Change organizer.
Click the member you'd like to set as the organizer.
Click Done.
Click Add location. Important: If you do not add an offline meeting location, a Google Meet link is automatically added. You can delete X clicking button on the right.
Select Address, Phone Number, or Meeting link manually.
Click ▼ next to the calendar event name.
Click the calendar that you'd like to add your event to.
In the pop-up from Suggest a meeting time, click Plain Text.
Click Copy at the bottom or press 'ctrl + c' to copy.
Paste into your email, SMS or slack.
In the pop-up from Suggest a meeting time, click Hyperlinked Text.
Click Copy at the bottom or press 'ctrl + c' to copy.
Paste into your email or slack. Important: By clicking on the hyperlinks the invitee can schedule meeting via Re:catch. SMS and social media dm's do not support hyperlinks. You can preview the page by clicking the times written in Orange.
In the pop-up from Suggest a meeting time, click URL only.
Click Copy at the bottom or press 'ctrl + c' to copy.
Paste into your email, SMS or slack. Important: By clicking on the URL the invitee can schedule meeting via Re:catch. You can preview the page by clicking the times written in Orange.

Optional: You can pre-input the invitee's details by clicking Add invitee details. The information you input will be presented to the invitee in the page.
