Build your inbound lead form to collect lead information and even automate scheduling meetings with qualified leads. After the initial installation, you can easily edit form questions without the need to modify any code. Customizing your form questions enhances the buyer experience and ensures you gather the lead data you need!

Generate a new form on the Workflow tab

  1. Click 'Collect lead information' from the Workflow tab.

  • Name your form under 'Workflow Name' and click 'Proceed'.

Configure form settings

  1. Configure the title, description, and text for the form submission button under the 'Form Setting' section.

  1. Add the questions you wish to ask your leads in the 'Questions' section. Note: If you intend to utilize our notification feature, which encompasses confirmation and reminder messages for meetings, please mark email and phone number as 'Required' questions.

  2. On the right side, you'll find a preview of the form visible to your leads.

Set a lead router

  1. After creating your form, you can connect it to a lead router. This allows you to immediately schedule a meeting with the lead who submits information based on your qualification.

  • To enable your leads who submitted the form to be scheduled for a meeting, add an assignee group and connect the form questions to the new assignee group.

  • If you want specific leads with particular form answers to only submit the form information without being directed to a meeting, assign those leads to 'Disqualified'.

Share and embed the form

By clicking 'Embed' in the top right corner, you can choose to either copy a link to the form or embed the form directly on your website.

View submissions data

If you click on 'Submissions Data' at the top of the workflow you've created, you can access all the submission responses from leads and view all the meetings that were scheduled using this form.

Check the meeting conversion rate to identify the types of leads that express interest, helping you define your ideal customer profile!

  1. All submissions

  • You can view all responses from leads from this form.

  • If you connected the form to a lead router and enabled leads to schedule meetings, you can track the status of leads who have submitted the form, been assigned to meetings, or didn't receive meeting assignments.

  1. Meetings

  • You can view all meetings scheduled through this form.

  • You can reassign the assignee, reschedule, or cancel the meeting.

    • Your lead will only be able to reschedule the meeting.
